BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS PLACE: I made an advance booking with the owner Mr Lakshya Pandey in June 2022 and the rest would be paid in November (on the day of the event). In July, I was asked to pay suddenly 50k although I was informed that the full amount would be paid on the day of the event. Mr Lakshya Pandey contacted me 'Hi dear' to which I responded, 'Kindly be specific about what you intend to convey instead of "hi dear". He got offended and cancelled the event and informed me that he will refund my money in October. Since the beginning of October, I have messaged him several times to which he hasn't even bothered to respond. The screenshot of the conversation is shared with this post. -

We had booked them for a wedding on 1st July, 2021.
Venue was fine, we took some of their decor, that was fine too, but coming to the main part was their food, firstly their service staff was below standard. As if they were picked up from street side vendors, the staff was impolite, had no courtesy and was loitering around the venue with their phones, without serving the guests, one of them even said that mocktails were over and they can't restock, on informing the floor manager about this, they kind of apologized for it and said it'd be restocked soon. Coming next was, they served tea/coffee in paper cups, going to a brand like theirs, this was highly unexpected and unprofessional. Coming next is, they assured us for Bombay Bhetki fish and served Indian Basa, and we literally had to listen to stuff from our family for this. Some of our guests on asking for some items from the buffet, were told do you need more repeatedly, highly unprofessional and deameaning to have done this. We were told by our guests that the mocktails were completely diluted and had no taste at all, and this came from not one, but many of our guests. After the end of the event we literally are regretting the decision to take it up with Tangerine Royale Banquets, and Mr. Shubhobrata, even after assuring us the best quality, has let us down like anything, and does not pick up our calls anymore. To ruin someone's big day is a serious thing, and i hope people are aware of their wrong doings and take the decision to go ahead with them very cautiously.
