I see that the owner may have removed my review, as it was quite detailed and would have helped potential customers become aware of the reality of this hall. I am posting it again here and will make sure to share this review everywhere regarding this hall.

Initially, when I booked the hall from abroad, the owner, Mr. Agarwal, was very good and cooperative, which gave us the confidence that the arrangements would also be top-notch. I had my wedding at the hall on 24th December, 2025. Before that, I had spoken to the decorator, Anupam, who single-handedly ruined our entire wedding experience. I will list the incidents below:

1 – Anupam wanted extra money for everything—literally EVERYTHING. Our decoration brief was different from the usual. Even then, when he was asking for extra money, I contacted the owner, who resolved the issue, and Anupam couldn’t charge us extra at that point. However, I believe that whatever money he still took, the results he delivered were horrendous. His attitude was that whatever he asked for the arrangements had to be paid by the party; otherwise, we had to deal with his behavior.

2 – The design of the welcome board was never shown to us for approval. He failed to provide even two stools for the gaye holud ceremony. His workers were so late in preparing the gaye holud décor that not only did we miss enjoying the ceremony, but we were also left with very little time to complete everything. I had repeatedly told him to keep the flowers ready by 11. When he was denied extra money, he even asked us to prepare the petals ourselves.

3 – We had asked for confetti during our ring and mala bodol ceremony. Anupam delivered the most disappointing confetti show I have ever seen in my life. He even wanted to charge us double for the mala bodol garlands, which we eventually purchased from Lake Market at half the price and with much better quality.

4 – The Bluetooth system at the venue is horrible. It does not work properly and keeps disconnecting on its own. Although they provide the venue for 24 hours, there are unwritten restrictions that were not conveyed to us verbally. Since I was not present there, this caused a lot of problems for our photography team, as they switched off the lawn lights sharply at 11:30 PM. There is zero consideration for guests or their comfort and no understanding that wedding events require flexibility. Our other wedding venue was far more flexible and cooperative in this respect.

I hope that whoever books this hall in the future is aware of these issues and does not make the same mistakes we did. Honestly, this was not the kind of experience we expected from this place. I had very high hopes that were not met. There was zero consideration or cooperation from anyone at Sudha Hall.
