  Flawed experience

  Luxury banqueting worth the price but I personally had issues . Management is not accessible . I haven't seen owners and can't even talk to them. They should speak to client and know what they are facing. Decor price don't match with quality and their is a catch in booking the same. Discuss price upfront otherwise you may get fooled. No one to guide post your booking. You are all alone what to do how to do. We got to know from our photographer that photographs of couple can be displayed but as we were too close of function we were not able to keep one. Entrance of ground floor outside gate was not vibrant as it used to be in other functions. We were told it is standard and same is done for all function seasonally. Small miss in food and hospitality but that is not that impacted us as above point did. Best part was chef and hospitality people who worked hard and made our function great. Most of people liked the venue for which I would admire the owner for having such a great taste .one of my friend didn't imagine this kind of venue in ghaziabad would exist . Few made enquiries for the venue but with these reservation I asked them to consider other venue as well.

  Good experience.

  I had a good experience at the venue. The food was good & had variety too. I was really satisfied with their services. The management was cooperative & the staff was polite. The venue is quite spacious. Overall it was a great experience.

  Amazing Experience

  We booked Silver Spoons Hotel as our wedding venue for our pre-wedding functions. We had our Shagan functions with their venue. It was a beautiful experience, and they had all the support staff. It didn't seem like we were organizing the party; they were organizing the party as if it were theirs.

  Everything was perfect

  For my wedding venue, I booked Silver Spoons, Ghaziabad. Everything was perfect over there. The Food and Decorations was also very good there. My experience was very amazing. All staffs were very cooperative and well behaved. All were following Covid-19 Protocols by wearing masks, gloves, and hair caps.

  Great experience

  Had booked the banquet for the sangeet function. The food was delicious and they had a wide variety of options. The decor was good.

  Amazing hospitality

  We had a great experience. Food was at its best, the menu was so lavish, the services were just amazing. I am till date very happy with their hospitality.
