Very unprofessional and Poor service

I booked Sammelan Banquet Hall, Thane West. The experience very bad. The food and decor was not good. They provided the opposite of what they promised. The things that they promised wasn't met. They did not live up to the commitment. They also did not give the money back which was accidently given extra to them. They were very unprofessional and I would not suggest anyone to book them for any occasion.

Best Banquet at affordable cost

Spacious Hall. Good for wedding event of 200- 300 people. Service is upto the mark. Food was Delicious. Great deal at affordable price. Location is quite peaceful. Free from Traffic.
