Worst Experience EVER
DISGUSTING is the most appropriate word to describe this property.
Safety - 0
Property's condition - 0
Hygiene - 0
Staff behaviour - 0
Pool - 0
A/c - don't work
Infections - 100%
Went with my friend to chill and relax here but ended up stressed and in high blood pressure and eye infection (due the pool).
The A/Cs were not working at all, the management staff were abusive and false promises were give regarding the condition and the no. Of rooms at the time of booking.
After the deposit was gives at the time of check-in, all the humbleness and hospitality VANISHED.
After spending 35K, one atleast expects safety.
Was with my wife and friends and their wives, the management staff entered the hall and slept there, after trying to wake them up, they started abusing and threatening.
After all this, we all wrote reviews and the manger called and harassed us by saying that he has our Aadhar cards and will misuse them.
