Never Book your event or any function at Orabella Banquet
This was the worst experience of our lives. We had booked this venue months in advance and paid around ₹1,71,000 . Unfortunately, due to unavoidable personal reasons, our wedding had to be cancelled.
We informed the banquet around four months in advance about the cancellation, giving them more than enough time to rebook the date. They did rebook the same date with another party and, to our knowledge, received full payment from that booking as well. Despite this, they refused to refund our amount fairly and retained more than half of our payment, without any reasonable adjustment.
When our parents went to discuss the matter, they were told to sign a full and final settlement agreement, with the clear understanding that if they didn't sign, they wouldn't receive even the reduced amount being offered. We felt we had no real choice.
To make matters worse, the manager's behavior was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely lacking in empathy during the entire discussion.
This experience was financially and emotionally devastating for our family. Based on our personal experience, we strongly advise everyone to think twice before booking Orabella Banquet. -
