I had booked this venue for my wedding, and this was my biggest mistake.
Let's get straight to the point

Pros :
1 Food was tasty

Cons :
1 Bride room -
a. It wasn't a room, it was a cabinet. It's in the basement, with no attached bathroom or no washroom for that matter on the entire floor. So if the bride needs to use the washroom she'll have to go upstairs only and use the same washroom as the other guests.
b. You can't get ready in that room, there's isn't enough space
c. At the day of my wedding there was no other event. But the bridal room was anyway dirty, the AC was not functional, I had to switch the bridal room thrice before they finally shifted me to one of their offices because it was the only place with a functional AC

2 Food
a. I myself had decided the menu, so I knew what all had to be there in the menu, but we had to literally beg at the dinner table for the good stuff. Instead of paneer and chaap, they were serving us daal and kadhi and bhindi in the first place. And mind you, the garlic naan never came
b. They served papaya and pineapple in the name of exotic fruits

3. Baraat Entry

a. No welcome drinks served : Being the bride side we all know how important it is to have waiters lined up at the time of baraat entry near the door with all kinds of drinks and snacks. There was no one. It's not an unusually new thing and we didn't think it through that they'll mess even that

b. Transgenders creating a mess : When baraat reached near the venue gate, the baraat was stomped by a group of transgenders asking for money and literally created a havoc out there when refused. And I had heard this incident from someone regarding this venue, so the liasion of transgenders with the venue staff cannot be entirely ruled out

4. Stage
a. Broken tiles everywhere which they mentioned were fixed recently so nothing can be done now, when we asked them to cover it wiith a carpet, they initially refused but on insisting the small area in the center was covered with carpet, which again was very shabby
b. Seat on which bride and groom sit literally had holes which were visible from distance, and on asking to atleast cover them with a piece of cloth the staff simply told when you will sit here it won't be visible

This was our experience and it wasn't a good one

But we didn't want that anyone else's wedding is also messed up because of the chaos created by the venue staff, and let's not forget wedding venue is an extremely important part of the entire wedding celebration for everyone

On my wedding day, there were two to three more weddings were happening so they could not manage that well. The food was also from them only paos were finished so they gave breads to other guests which was not good and also we asked them earlier to arrange a mini chair for pheras which they did not do. Overall it was okay and good.

Everything was up to the expectation, the food was good, the decoration was also good and everything was perfect as I wanted. They helped a lot and the staff was also good and cooperative. They were also following covid-19 guidelines properly by using masks and gloves also keeping sanitizer stations for guests.
