We were considering this banquet for a function and were in discussions with the manager, Tanya, regarding available dates and a food tasting before making a booking decision. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.

We are a family of four, and despite discussing the food tasting in advance, Tanya called us and insisted that only three people could attend. Her attitude throughout the process was unprofessional and discourteous.

The biggest issue was the food tasting itself. After much discussion, a few starters were served, but then we waited nearly 20–25 minutes for the remaining items. When we finally followed up, Tanya informed us over the phone that she had already left for home and that the complete food tasting would only be provided after booking the venue. It is difficult to understand how anyone can confidently book a wedding venue without properly tasting the food first.

It is unfortunate because the banquet halls themselves are aesthetically pleasing. However, customer service plays a major role in a venue's reputation, and our shitty experience with Tanya left a very negative impression. During our venue search, we also heard negative feedback from others in the market regarding the banquet's management and service standards. after our experience, I can understand why such opinions exist.

The management should seriously focus on improving customer service and hiring managers who treat prospective clients with professionalism and respect. A beautiful venue alone is not enough when the customer experience is this disappointing.

I can’t imagine about what they gonna do once the recive the booking amount, The price they are quote definitely you guys can book some better alternatives with the same budget

Based on our experience, I would not recommend this banquet.

The above star rating doesn't give us to rate in negative otherwise I would given a rating of -100 to this banquet. worst experience we had in lifetime there, first whenever you go to any counter they will say to you that sir it will take 10 min to refill, then even after 10 min same person will say to you that sir abhi time lagega, then after 12 o clock valet parking person said that we were leaving collect the keys otherwise we don't have any responsiblity of your car, then at they the time of booking they have promised for so many things and and at actuals it is not even 10% of what they committed and worst staff, never book this one on the basis of what manager said. pathetic service we had. totally waste of money and your function mood will be completely destroyed. dont book this one never

I am really happy with the service of this venue.. I think the facilities and arrangements here are brilliant

they were good, everything went smooth with no problem, but they promised us some other decor which later they refused and said that package we selected does not include that type of decor

Everything was very nice, the staff was also professional and the food was also good but the only thing that I did not like is that it is a bit costlier than its peers.

La Mansion is a great venue. We liked the space here a lot. It is an appropriate place for all kinds of functions and events. The food is great and even the decoration and arrangements were really nicely done. The management and staff working here is also really good.

The venue was fabulous. They were very professional and loyal to their commitments made. They served excellent food from starters to desserts. My guest and family were truly impressed by their hospitality and services.

This is such a tremendously great wedding venue. Their services were too good and as per our expectations. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone.
