  Very very bad service staff and owner both are chor

  19-02-2026 Ko sister ki marriage ke liye 1st floor book kiya tha lekin jaise programme start hua hi tha 20 minute bad naan roti gulab jamun sab ke sab khatam ho rakhe thy staff or manager ko kai bar bola lekin koi refill karne ko taiyar nahi hote aur aapke relative bina khana khaye plate weist karte hai aur bad me manager aur owner bolte hai aapke pass to plate hi nahi hai khana to pura hai *******AGAR KISI KO APNI BEJJATI KARVANI HAI TO YEAH BANQUTE BOOK KARE***last me staff or owner ladai karke POLICE bhi bula lete hai kripya in kutto ka banquet book na kare SABSE REQUEST HAI

  Go there is you want to spoil functions. They are goon, money minded people and always insist on cash payment. Their food and service is disastrous. Yesterday threw birthday party for my son but ended in Mayapuri Police Station. We had to call PCR for redressal of our grievance. As the Police reached, everyone from run away.No one from management available to sort problem except a junior staff who was not in position to make decisions. A1 banquet Management already told me about their mismanagement but I thought it is a business rivalry but they are right.I admit my mistake that I selected this wrong place for party. Chor hain. JINKO ACHCHI SERVICE MILI HAI, they all are luckey.

  They are money minded people, please don't recommend this banquet hall to anyone except enemies.

  pathetic banquet hall

  Poor management, food is tasteless, A/c not working even after complaint, Staff and management are not responding to any complaint. don't book for any party.

  Very pathetic food and service and they don't feel guilty

  We have a wedding on 19th April, and that day we face the so many issues regarding food, service, man power, hygine etc. After our so many follow ups they don't react and also not feel guilty. Hygine is a very big issue pasta kept on floor and there was a big issue for man power

  LA Fortuna Banquet

  आज के समय में इतनी गंदी कैटरिंग किसी ढाबे में भी देखने को नहीं मिलती जैसी गंदी LA Fortuna Banquet में देखी। क्रॉकरी झूठी इस्तमाल की जा रही थी, खाने में कोई स्वाद नहीं था, सजावट की जो बात हुई थी वैसा कुछ नहीं किया, सारे वेटर चोरों की तरह हमारे सामान पर नजर लगाई हुई थी, और भी बहुत कुछ बेक र था आप सब से मेरा हाथ जोडकर निवेदन है कि कृपया इस बैंक्वेट में अपना कोई भी प्रोग्राम ना करें वरना अपने ही लोगो के सामने बेहजती का सामना करना पड़ेगा।
  बैंक्वेट का मैनेजर श्री राजेंद्र भयानाऔर गीता मैडम, इतना बेकार स्टाफ है जिनको मैनेजमेंट की एबीसी का भी पता नहीं है। ऐसे लोगो को मैनेजर के पोस्ट पर क्यों रखा जाता है जिनको मैनेज करना ही नहीं आता।
  शर्म की बात है 1 मेरी राय है कि इन्हे फोरन नौकरी से निकाल देना चाहिए जो लोगौ की भावना से खेलते है।

  Negative, Worst, Ruined my fuction

  The service was extremely subpar the plates were not clean, and there is a lack of trust in the management due to dishonest practices with the dishware. The staff, particularly Sarika and another individual who handled the booking, demonstrated an unprecedented level of unprofessionalism. Their communication lacked basic manners. If you are seeking a well-organized event, I strongly advise against booking this venue. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited by the staff is concerning, and I cannot recommend their services for any important function. Please exercise caution if you are considering this venue for your event.
