unprofessional behaviour
i would not recommend anyone to deal with this banquet as the owner is not at all cooperative and empathetic to their customers situation. they made multiple false promises and took advantage of our situation regardless of us pleading them to understand it multiple times. highly unprofessional, if you want to have a nice event, please do not consider this banquet -

Cheaters and Frauds
Kanak Banquet are cheaters and frauds. They insist on advance payments “to block others,” promise refunds, then refuse to return the money. Dishonest and unprofessional - avoid this place. -

Fraud people
These people are fraud and they are not at all professional
I had a very disappointing experience with **Kanak Banquet, Mohan Estate**. They took our money in advance and are now refusing to return it. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Their behavior is extremely dishonest — once they received the payment, their attitude changed and they stopped responding properly. We have been following up continuously, but they keep giving excuses and delaying the refund.
This kind of service is not just poor, it feels like cheating customers. I would strongly warn others to be very careful before booking this place. Do not trust them with advance payments.
Highly unprofessional staff, no accountability, and zero respect for customers.
Very bad experience overall. Not recommended at all. -

Unproffesional Behaviour by owner
Extremely unprofessional and misleading service by Kanak Banquet. They act polite and make big promises until you pay. I was convinced by the manager (Manoj) and paid ₹50,000 as an advance. Due to a medical emergency, I cancelled the same day and was initially assured a refund. Later, the owner (Harneet Singh) refused, citing a “non-refundable policy” that was never disclosed. Even after my grandmother passed away, there was zero empathy—only rude and insensitive behavior. This felt like outright cheating.
Be very careful before booking here. I would strongly advise avoiding this place. -

Decoration and food was amazing
Hamne ye venue engagement ke liye book kiya tha, hamara experience kaafi acha tha venue ke sath. Decoration and food was amazing. the decoration was beautiful and the food was delicious and up to the mark, the staff was supportive and polite. -

Nice package deal
Kanak Banquets gave us a package deal that included decoration, Catering & Dj. They managed everything well. Some of my guests complained that some of the waiters were not professional. Other than that everything was nice. -

Very good experience
They served us with the best of their services. We are totally impressed with their efficiency and responsiveness. There was nothing to complain about as everything was nicely arranged. -

Classy ambiance
We had a 5/5 experience with them. The space is extremely opulent and all the arrangements were done up to the mark. We will highly recommend this place to everyone! -
