  Misleading promises and unprofessional behaviour by management

  I had booked this banquet for an event and paid the advance amount. At the time of booking, the staff verbally assured me that the advance would be refunded if I cancelled the event in advance. Relying on their assurance, I went ahead with the booking.
  
  However, when I had to cancel due to genuine reasons, the management completely changed their stance and refused to refund anything, citing the fine print on the form. This is extremely misleading and unethical, as their verbal assurance clearly contradicted their written clause.
  
  Even after multiple polite follow-ups, they showed no professionalism or courtesy. It’s disappointing that a hospitality business would behave this way — prioritizing short-term money over customer trust and goodwill.
  
  I strongly advise others to get every commitment in writing before paying anything here. Their words and actions do not match, and once they receive the advance, they stop cooperating. Very untrustworthy experience.

  Wonderful and amazing experience with lots of memories

  It was a dream come true when my all wishes got fulfilled by JS Garden. A full packed of lots of amazing experience with this venue. With taste and professionalism they are awesome. I will recommend everyone should visit once to avail this benefit.

  It's a very good banquet hall for parties, weddings and corporate events.
  The location is convenient, ambiance is awesome, food quality and service is good, washrooms are luxurious and well maintained and staff courtesy is good. They have multiple halls with varying capacities and all of those are well maintained. I went there to attend a wedding, car parking was done by Valet and the food tasted really well so I justify my 5 star ratings
