Highly disappointing experience despite premium bookings

I had booked the premium menu for the ground floor, based on the banquet’s repeated assurances that everything would be handled smoothly and I wouldn’t face any issues. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing and far from what was promised.

From the beginning of the day until the end of my event, I raised multiple complaints regarding the non-functional air conditioning and uncooperative staff. Despite repeated follow-ups, no timely action was taken. As a last-minute attempt to cover up their negligence, air coolers were brought in — which did little to ease the discomfort, especially since the event was held in the evening.

Additionally, I was clearly assured that cold drink cans and dry fruits would be served during the phera ceremony. However, this promise was also not kept. On guest requests, they merely served cold drinks in glasses, which was not acceptable given the premium package we had paid for.

The hospitality throughout was extremely poor and unsatisfactory. To make matters worse, the General Manager (Mr. Rajeev) — instead of staying and addressing the ongoing issues — left early without any resolution or accountability.

Overall, the service was unprofessional, the staff unresponsive, and the experience highly disappointing. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking this venue, especially if you’re expecting reliable service and basic hospitality.

Good experience.

The experience at the venue was good. The food quality was also good. No issues from the staff or the management. All the arrangements were done properly by them. Really happy with their services.

Fabulous venue

Amazing experience
