  Very fake services worst experience

  We recently booked a banquet at Green Lounge on June 19, 2025, for a future event on November 29, 2025, managed by Abhilash. During our initial visit, the venue was empty, and Abhilash assured us that it would be renovated before our event. We paid ₹51,000 initially and an additional ₹10,000 later as per their process.
  
  However, when our family members visited the venue on July 4, 2025, to see a live function as suggested by Abhilash, they were shocked to find the venue in disarray with poor interior and overall condition. This was far from the promised state, and we were extremely disappointed.
  
  Despite our request for a refund due to the significant mismatch between the promised and actual state of the venue, Abhilash refused. We then requested a meeting with his senior management, but that didn't materialize. We even sent a formal notice, which was also met with refusal. It's clear that they're not interested in resolving the issue or being transparent about their business practices.
  
  We strongly advise against booking this venue due to their unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and failure to deliver on their commitments. Their actions seem to be deceptive, and it's best to be cautious when dealing with them.

  Very Nice Experience

  It was our Wedding Reception and all the arrangements were upto the mark, staff was also very supportive.

  Good experience.

  Mera experience inke saath achcha raha. Khana bohot bdiya tha. Mangement aur staff ka behaviour theek tha aur unhone humaare saath achche se cooperate kiya. Hume koi dikkat nahi aayi.

  Everything went well.

  We did 3 functions in this venue. This property is very beautiful. The decoration of the venue was beautiful and the food quality was up to the mark and it was delicious too. They fulfilled all the requirements. Everything went well.

  Overall experience was good

  Green lounge Fusion, GT Karnal Road, Delhi, was the venue for my wedding recently. Sabkuch venue ki tarah se he provde kia gaya tha. Decoration, music system, catering sab accha tha. Lighting ki thori problem hui thi humie. Late night, venue walo ne lights dim kr di thi aur AC bhi kuch he jagah ka chal rha tha. Jo ki same cheeze hamare relatives ki wedding mei bhi hui thi, isi venue pe.

  Not good experience

  I had booked Green Lounge Fusion Banquets for the wedding at my place and i was not at all happy with their services. It wasn't as per my expectation.

  Brilliant Venue!

  This venue is absolutely brilliant. We loved our experience of hosting our wedding functions here. The management was great and even the staff members working here was very professional and nice. The food and decor arranged by them was excellent!

  Beautiful and spacious venue

  We had a gathering for 200 people at this venue for a ceremony and we still had a lot of space left. It was very gorgeous and spacious. It is a stunning venue for any kind of occasion.

  Truly amazing arrangements!

  The venue couldn't have been better for the wedding. They did the arrangements superbly well. They were very cordial. The food was amazing, the bar was great. Loved their services and hospitality.

  Amazing Banquet Hall!

  This banquet hall is amazing. Excellent services and really great management as well. We loved the ambiance and the staff members were also really food. Excellent food and really beautiful decor as well.
