Nice staff but not management

Staff is good and respectful but management is not good, and staff not adjustable.

Pathetic experience

We did our wedding here , one of the worst Avenue. Horrible rooms , we were not provided with the room whc were promised while our initial talk. We got the rooms on 3rd floor whr there is no lift access ...I don't understand how did they expect the bride to climb the steps up n down with here dress (lengha) , after requesting several time they offered a room on 2nd floor. Rooms are horrible, unhygienic,not Clean, flush n shower not working , bottles (of previous guest ) were in the rooms . Can u imagine breakfast at 11 am ? NO RIGHT!! But they did it...all the days we stayed breakfast was provided late . All my guest was very upset the way food service was handled.Gayatri took the entire amount in advance and post that she was not even seen . They ask you to pay the amount in cash and after argument they said that ok u can make the payment via gpay ...I don't get this logic..they shd discuss these terms and conditions while initial talk .The hights was when they didn't served the food and asked to make the balance payment ( whc wasn't much ) . They arrangements in the wedding hall was so unorganised . They were not allowing to switchon the AC after repeated reminders. We have to ask for every single thing ...can anyone expect wedding without mandap ? NO!! but they dint even organise that...we had to ask for it. The only mistake we did was believing Gayatri. She is miserable organiser, she only talks but execution is zero.If u want the wedding to be perfect don't ever opt for this hotel.The only thing which was upto the mark was rooms AC and Food quality.
