  Amazing Work CrossRoads......

  I am thankful to crossroads team for organizing such a wonderful function of my sister wedding. Everything is as per the standards. I really appreciate the work and behavior of the staff through out the function.

  Special Experience!

  Booked my parents anniversary through crossroads venues and it was such a seamless experience altogether! The decor was absolutely eye bobbling and food was super authentic.

  Crossroads got us to experience our dream Wedding

  We feel so lucky to come across crossroads to get our wedding so flawlessly organised. Their hospitality made us feel so comfortable. Despite being the hosts of the wedding we didn't have to worry about anything as everything was taken care of & we could actually enjoy the wedding.

  Insulting for our Family that we chose them for our function. How insulting it could be if your guests complain of stale food and smelly .

  Worst place ever we had been to..Poor quality of food, management. Their AC does not work..In between function light cutoff...Seriously smelly Food. Worst Experience ever. Not a place to recommend to someone. We even told owner to have his plate of food which he had served to us . And he refused to eat.

  You won't be booking this venue if you read this..

  Let me tell you why I gave one star to this.
  I have booked a wedding venue here for my sister's wedding. The day before, the chef met in person that their dishes will be served professionally. Infact, they have shown me a good presentation. An agent from Weddingz.in was there to tell me that everything is great in this venue and I don't have to worry about a single thing.
  
  The Next day.
  The decoration was not up to the mark.
  Their ventilation system goes down. In the summer heat, their ACs were not working. The Bride and Groom along with the guests were helpless and sweaty. They arranged standing fans!! Can you believe..When you pay for AC and someone gives you a fan..!!
  Their food as well as its presentation was not at all average, forget about good or excellent.
  Their manager keeps on asking about the payment and not at all bothering about correcting their mistakes. They have even hid all the serving plates so that we have to pay for them first.
  No one was there to listen to our queries and resolve our requirements. We have to run to their office and keep on requesting to at least keep a fan. Arrange the snacks which aren't available. No one there to serve coffee or tea to the guests. I was so unhappy that I am writing this review just to vent my frustration and warn all of you to not book this venue at all!! At any cost!! Even if they tell you that it's all free!!! Because..It is not the payment..It's the reputation of the bride's family is at stake..

  This place was awesom

  We host a ring ceremony here the place was awesome...Great ambiance, nicely decorated. Perfect service...food quality was mindblowing 👌👌

  Fabulous venue and location

  Fabulous location. Venue is very nicely maintained. Hugs space for parking. Very good variety n quality in snacks. I just called to say....I love this place.

  The Venue was Good.

  By experience in this venue Crossroad, Gurgaon was good and all the services such as catering and decor was provided by them, the staffs were good too. They helped and cooperated during the event that we had which was for an engagement.
