Exceptional Hospitality at the Banquet Hall
Zero professionalism
We had arranged a 5kg 2 tier cake at my brother in law’s sagan ceremony at Colossal. The cake was nowhere to be seen by anyone just after 30 minutes of cake cutting ceremony. After questioning the team regarding this, we were told that the cake was finished (like REALLY??). We received a “1 minute” video from the so called manager named SNEHA defending that the cake was served during the function. She did not bother to even get back to us with all the questions/allegations we had with the Colossal team. She did not even bother to apologise on behalf of her team that actually stole the entire cake and none of the attendees got to taste the same (except for the initial half an hour serving).
Food service was also not that great from this banquet. Although we chose to ignore this point as everything was going well but stealing something out of someone else’s pocket is NOT COOL COLOSSAL!!

Ps- It does look expensive but you can get their service at a very affordable price.xD
