We booked this hotel for my sister’s wedding on 22 & 23 December for 4 functions (Engagement, Sangeet, Haldi & Wedding) along with rooms, banquet, and lawn. Unfortunately, everything was mismanaged.
Food (0/10)
They served previous meal’s food in the next meal by just changing the name tags. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic.
Sangeet DJ
The DJ setup ruined the entire Sangeet. They brought casual labour and played music from a phone using an AUX cable. This is not what you expect from a so-called “4-star” property.
Decoration
Despite explaining everything a week in advance (and clearing payment), the decoration was incomplete even on the wedding night.
I had to get things done myself.
The theme we booked wasn’t delivered — they simply didn’t have the material and at the last moment said, “Sir, bas yahi ho payega.”
Totally unprofessional.
Restaurant Service
Our guests waited over 1 hour, yet the food wasn’t ready.
Staff simply said, “Item available nahi hai, kuch aur order kar lijiye.”
Staff & Management
Very unprofessional, zero planning, and no sense of responsibility.
They take full payment but don’t deliver basic commitments.
Safety Concerns
Raat ke 3 baje staff room par knock kar raha tha, tip already dene ke baad bhi dubara tip maangne ke liye.
This feels unsafe and unacceptable.
Security management is extremely weak.
Overall:
Yeh venue bilkul recommend nahi karunga.
Mismanagement, poor service, broken commitments, and lack of professionalism ne humare wedding experience ko seriously spoil kar diya.
❌ I strongly do NOT recommend this venue for weddings or any important function.
They spoiled our experience completely. Please think twice before booking this hotel for your special functions. -

Had an incredible wedding here on new years eve. There decoration & food are very nice. Also there service headed by Mr. Ram is very personalised and nice. -

Excellent stay and Banqueting By P.K Boutique Hotel Sector 104 Noida
Nice service with great staff work. We had an event of wedding we enjoyed food , everyone appreciated the service of Banquet Staff...starting from sales person to Banquet person Everyone was polite and familiar with their service..

Best Place for Wedding Function and Corporate Function.
A very good looking property which is specious, Serves delicious food and offer proactive service.
Outlook of the building is very good so that interior.
Must say that interior looks elegant which makes it perfect for wedding function. it has three huge hall, 2 conference Room and 1 Lawn.
Thanks a lot to Mr. Dharmesh Giri and Mr. Ram ji to make our memorable function. -

Excellent Banquet Service, Amazing banquet staff, fantastic food.
From the time we and our guest entered the banquet, till we leave at the end of the long extended party, the service was excellent and continued same spirit.
Really appreciate, Mr. Ram ji, Mr. Dharmesh and Exec Chef Mr. Gaurav who went above beyond their duty to accommodate our requests.
Our guests also had great experience staying in this Hotel.
A Big Thank you to all of you. -

Excellent Service
everything was superb, very helpful staff and polite.
Food quality was amazing.
Overall It was a Excellent Experience with the hotel, we were 100% satisfied with service and room and food.

Wonderful service and very good staff. Food quality is excellent
Staff was very polite, always ready to help you, there were lot of things in the fuction, they managed it in an excellent manner -
