We booked this hotel for my sister’s wedding on 22 & 23 December for 4 functions (Engagement, Sangeet, Haldi & Wedding) along with rooms, banquet, and lawn. Unfortunately, everything was mismanaged.

Food (0/10)

They served previous meal’s food in the next meal by just changing the name tags. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic.

Sangeet DJ

The DJ setup ruined the entire Sangeet. They brought casual labour and played music from a phone using an AUX cable. This is not what you expect from a so-called “4-star” property.

Decoration

Despite explaining everything a week in advance (and clearing payment), the decoration was incomplete even on the wedding night.
I had to get things done myself.
The theme we booked wasn’t delivered — they simply didn’t have the material and at the last moment said, “Sir, bas yahi ho payega.”
Totally unprofessional.

Restaurant Service

Our guests waited over 1 hour, yet the food wasn’t ready.
Staff simply said, “Item available nahi hai, kuch aur order kar lijiye.”

Staff & Management

Very unprofessional, zero planning, and no sense of responsibility.
They take full payment but don’t deliver basic commitments.

Safety Concerns

Raat ke 3 baje staff room par knock kar raha tha, tip already dene ke baad bhi dubara tip maangne ke liye.
This feels unsafe and unacceptable.
Security management is extremely weak.

Overall:

Yeh venue bilkul recommend nahi karunga.
Mismanagement, poor service, broken commitments, and lack of professionalism ne humare wedding experience ko seriously spoil kar diya.

They spoiled our experience completely. Please think twice before booking this hotel for your special functions.

We have recently done an event in Chhavi Hotel and our overall experience is good. General staff members are having positive attitude and co-operative in nature. Food quality is also good. During the event we come across an incident where we observed honesty of hotel staff. The point of improvement is, they need to increase staff number to cater the better services.

We recently celebrated my sister’s engagement on 13th June 2025 at NRS Royal Grand, and I must say the experience was beyond my expectations! This was the first event I’ve ever hosted, and I genuinely enjoyed every bit of it.

A big thanks to Rishika and Vishal for their exceptional coordination and support — they truly made the event seamless. The food was absolutely amazing, the decoration and ambience were beautiful, and the entire atmosphere felt grand and festive.

The hospitality was at its peak, and the staff was extremely supportive and professional throughout the event.

What made me even happier was that while writing this review, I’ve been receiving so many compliments from the guests who attended — everyone had a great time and praised the arrangements.

Highly recommend NRS Royal Grand for anyone looking to host a memorable and stress-free celebration!

Our experience was excellent. We are so happy that we chose this for our get together. Ambiance was excellent so was food, service and everything. We met Rishika there who was amazing, so helping ready to help us everywhere. We will give more then 100 percent to her as well as her staff. Everyone was very happy with venue,food service and staff. Our best wishes for you and especially for Rishika.
