Upon retrieving my brand new car, I discovered noticeable damage that was not present when I handed over the keys. The lack of care and responsibility shown by the valet team was disheartening, especially considering the significant investment I made in my vehicle.
Attempts to address the issue with the venue's management were met with minimal responsiveness and a lack of urgency to resolve the matter. It's disconcerting that such a reputable banquet hall neglects the importance of a reliable and cautious valet service.
I strongly advise future patrons to exercise caution when utilizing the valet parking service at Blest park Banquet, as my experience was far from the level of service one would expect from a venue of this caliber. The lack of accountability and customer care in the aftermath of this incident has left me with a negative impression that I cannot overlook.
