The entry was very good. The venue is very beautiful and the decoration was elegant. We loved the food it was delicious and up to the mark. Also, the staff of the venue was very helpful and polite they were very professional and cooperative. Overall it was a great experience.

A special word of thanks goes to Mr. Mayur, who personally arranged our accommodation and oversaw our stay on both occasions. He went above and beyond to ensure that our family had a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable experience. His kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate our requests made a significant difference throughout our stay. Mr. Mayur graciously facilitated the couple's photo sessions and generously allowed us to use various areas of the resort, including the entrance, lobby, and lawn, for photographs and family gatherings. His flexibility and support helped create beautiful memories for our family. We were equally impressed by the excellent dining experience provided throughout our stay. The daily breakfast was superb, and the lunch and dinner menus were thoughtfully tailored to our tastes and preferences. The quality of the food and the attentive service were truly exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the warmth, professionalism, and dedication shown by Mr. Mayur and his entire team. Their incredible support played a vital role in making our son's engagement and wedding celebrations an overwhelming success. My experience with the West Fort Hotel has been very smooth and hassle-free right from the day one. All the hotel staff have been very supportive starting from guiding me to choose the right hall based on my requirement till helping me vacate the place post the event. Special mention to Mr. Ravindra who was extremely professional, responsive, detail oriented and highly accommodative of all my requests throughout. Thanks for making it a pleasant experience guys!

I had two functions and both were held in Jaya Mahal Palace. The decors and catering were in-house and we didn't have to book from outside. The COVID management done by the venue was quite good. Even though we had a small gathering, their team had kept the seating was kept apart. I loved how they had taken care in terms of handing over masks and sanitisers were also provided at the venue. The food quality and decoration was also up to the mark.
