I had a highly disappointing experience recently at Amaatra Banquet Hall, and I feel compelled to express my feedback without borrowing from others. Initially, I had high expectations for this venue, but unfortunately, the overall service and execution fell significantly below what I had anticipated.

Firstly, it is essential to mention the misleading promises made by the manager Avinash Sharma, who seemed to make commitments that were not fulfilled. He is just present for making false promises and his behavior changes completely once he receives the payment. Once the function began he was very rude and there was no one to manage the staff after 12. We were guaranteed a seamless and unforgettable event, but unfortunately, that was not the reality we experienced. Such deceptive assurances instill a sense of mistrust and disappointment among customers, tarnishing the venue's reputation.

The dinner and phere service were exceptionally inadequate. The waitstaff exhibited disinterest and a lack of basic professionalism. Their response time to our requests was sluggish, and they frequently seemed overwhelmed. No staff was present during first half of phere. Witnessing such a lack of attentiveness and efficiency was disheartening and had a significant negative impact on the experience of our guests.

Adding to my disappointment, the waiters' attire was in a state of disrepair and failed to match the grandeur of the occasion. Torn and unkempt uniforms not only left an unprofessional impression but also undermined the elegance and charm of the event. It was apparent that the management did not prioritize maintaining a high standard of appearance for their staff.

Another substantial drawback was the absence of attention to presentation throughout the entire event. From the decorations to the food arrangements, everything appeared hastily put together. The mandap had no lights or fresh flower decorations at all. The banquet hall lacked the finesse and meticulousness that one would expect for such an occasion. It was evident that the organizers had not devoted sufficient attention to the aesthetics, resulting in a lackluster impression on the attendees.

In conclusion, my experience at Amaatra Banquet Hall was characterized by inadequate service, substandard uniforms, a lack of attention to presentation, and false promises. I genuinely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and takes steps to address these issues to provide a more satisfying experience for future customers. Until then, I cannot recommend this venue for any special occasions.

Makes embracement front of barat ac was not working and senior staff not listing and showing attitude fake promise and owner never pics up calls please don't book they will destroy your image and charge you a bomb ..

I have visited the banquet for attending a reception party and once went for booking here.
Ambiance wonderful experience with ample lighting. The decoration is pro found.
The banquet is quite spacious having hall capacity 1000 pax.

A very well buildup and maintained banquet for celebration.
Ample car parking and huge area for party.
Catering is in house and serve best quality food and property is well managed under the mentoeship of experienced f&b personal.
One must choose the property for their celebration and one would realy ealy store great memories and well managed event.

Everything was fine, the decoration was good but food mein Kuch problem thi. Kaafi logo ko stomach mein problem aayi thi kaafi guest ne feedback diya tha ki unko stomach mein problem hui thi I believe 1-2 item purane the. Apart from this everything was fine.

Venue ke saath achcha experience tha. Food aur decor in-house tha aur bohot achcha tha. Inke khaane mein bohot variety thi. Inki services kaafi badhiya thi. Management aur staff dono polite aur cooperative the. Inki side se humko koi dikkat nahi aayi

My experience was good with the venue. The service was not great. The staff wasn't good. Apart from that, I was happy with the process & payment. The booking part was smooth and other things were satisfactory also. All the vendors were from them only and no third party vendor was hired.
