! Cheaters!
The Management of Amatra are CHEATS the make false commitments and try to grab your money, especially Mr Satendra Nautiyal and Piyush. If you have any concerns you cannot reach out to the the owner, the staff/management will not share owners number. I think the owner is also not bothered what his staff is doing. I am posting Screenshots of the communication with the banquet manager Mr Satendra Nautiyal and Piyush, where it is evident they are CHEATS
Pathetic place
Very poor service and false promises
Firstly, it is essential to mention the misleading promises made by the manager Avinash Sharma, who seemed to make commitments that were not fulfilled. He is just present for making false promises and his behavior changes completely once he receives the payment. Once the function began he was very rude and there was no one to manage the staff after 12. We were guaranteed a seamless and unforgettable event, but unfortunately, that was not the reality we experienced. Such deceptive assurances instill a sense of mistrust and disappointment among customers, tarnishing the venue's reputation.
The dinner and phere service were exceptionally inadequate. The waitstaff exhibited disinterest and a lack of basic professionalism. Their response time to our requests was sluggish, and they frequently seemed overwhelmed. No staff was present during first half of phere. Witnessing such a lack of attentiveness and efficiency was disheartening and had a significant negative impact on the experience of our guests.
Adding to my disappointment, the waiters' attire was in a state of disrepair and failed to match the grandeur of the occasion. Torn and unkempt uniforms not only left an unprofessional impression but also undermined the elegance and charm of the event. It was apparent that the management did not prioritize maintaining a high standard of appearance for their staff.
Another substantial drawback was the absence of attention to presentation throughout the entire event. From the decorations to the food arrangements, everything appeared hastily put together. The mandap had no lights or fresh flower decorations at all. The banquet hall lacked the finesse and meticulousness that one would expect for such an occasion. It was evident that the organizers had not devoted sufficient attention to the aesthetics, resulting in a lackluster impression on the attendees.
In conclusion, my experience at Amaatra Banquet Hall was characterized by inadequate service, substandard uniforms, a lack of attention to presentation, and false promises. I genuinely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and takes steps to address these issues to provide a more satisfying experience for future customers. Until then, I cannot recommend this venue for any special occasions.
