Big Shame to the owner/founder of Gocam studio

A BIG SHAME TO THE OWNER OF GOCAM.
One of my colleagues referred gocam for my son's first birthday photography, to be honest the only bad thing happened to me in the whole party was choosing Gocam for covering this event. As the photographer reach to the venue with the delay of 2 hours only.
Child of just 1 year was fresh for the shoot but by the time the photographer came in he was totally exahausted.
Reason - He was covering some other event.
We paid half of the payment and now whatever photographs were clicked we asked to provide the raw data then staff is telling me the protocols to receive 80% payment in advance. Amazing service
They donot follow any protocols of being on time to the event but yes for advance payment they follow it.

Pathetic, awful!

PATHETIC, AWFUL!!!!!
BEWARE OF GOCAM STUDIOS!!!

Vaibhav, Mohit, Abhishek and others..the team is highly trained in HARRASSING, THREATENING the clients. They have some weird, out of the industry practice CONDITIONS, which are not initially communicated. They would share the video and softcopy of album only after the entire payment is done.

Incidents during the function, they showed up 2 hrs late at the venue, and started in a hurry, highly UNORGANISED. You wouldbe required to depute a person to GUIDE/ INSTRUCT them to ensure all guests are capturedcaptured.

CONCLUSION: The services were not received as committed, also not getting the Album/ Video.

Inke kaam se mai bohot khush hu. Inhone quality mein kisi bhi tarah compromise nahi kiya. Pictures bohot badiya aayi hain. Inhone kaafi achche teasers aur videos banayi hain. Inki album mein mein bhi koi issue nahi hai.

Dont book them if you want to save your function

The owner start lying by imposing his as exALc
I booked a function with him after a recommendation. He ruined my pictures by sending some unprofessional teenagers who had no idea what to capture and what not.. They simply make sure you regret for choosing them

Pls. don’t book any functions or program with this guy and his team. They will give you cheap offers and they will cover the function and after sometime they will say they do not have money to give your belongings back to you though you have paid all the money as per the invoice.

Moreover, if you guys will have aggressive conversation with this person named Vaibhav Sharma who termed himself as an Owner of the Go Cam Studio, will scare you by saying he is a big name in Noida with many contacts and maybe get you beaten by his people, if you will ask or call him.

Everything was Good

For my wedding, I hired photographers from Go Cam Studio, Greater Noida. The team worked very well and creatively. The pre-wedding shoot was also fab. I also got the trailer and teasers of the whole wedding. It was amazing. And they were also following covid protocols by wearing masks and sanitizing.
