Terrible and Pathetic in terms of time, commitment, and response
Terrible and Pathetic in terms of time, commitment, and response towards a person and delivering the album. I took my album 10 months after my marriage after calling more than 100 times. It mesmerizes me that how some people forget instantly what they promised over the phone. No seriousness at all. I paid 90% of the billed amount after marriage which was my mistake I guess and that's it, they ignored me for a toss and took me for granted. They won't pick ur call and value ur time until I planned to issue legal notice. They ll treat you cheap and misbehave at their premises even your on-time discussed, and tell you to come back later again and again because it's not ready yet. You feel like your working for them as labor. They don't have the courtesy of delivering albums directly to my home even after I insist. I took it on my bike. Quality-wise is ok for what I paid.
