I can't even begin to describe how pathetic my experience with Mohit & Sunanda has been and I want to clarify upfront that any responses to this message will be all lies by the vendor, because they love to lie to their customers about money not coming on time, not talking with respect with them and tonnes of other excuses to hide their lack of professionalism and absolute apathy to their deliverables. Also, to clarify upfront, we had no issues with the quality of work but after that, it was all downhill. For months now, we're following up with them. There was a 50K pending payment from our end which we cleared 3.5 months back and we had the shoot in November last year. They have all the time in the world to get new customers, travel the world and be all social but they will not take out time to service their customers. I'm boiling with anger as I am writing this, as something I had told them would happen when the entire payment was made and here we are, months of trying to follow up with them. Blocked me from Instagram when I tried to post there. I'll cut to the chase and paste a copy of the messages we have sent them over the last few months.

This is to let you know Mohit & Sunanda that I will not let this sink now till I tell the world and every prospect of yours what you guys truly stand for - lies, lies and more lies. They have yet to give our photo album and high resolution
