Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for there events, as they lie when they book and don't do things when the time comes.
They didn't even acknowledge or reached out even after complaint.
Stay away
They charged 4-5 times for the decorations/lightings which they force you to take from there vendor when prices for these was confirmed from multiple outside vendor.
Crystal hall :
The minimum booking pax for this hall was 100 pax, and my guests were around 50-60(confirmed with the plates consumed that night) the hall was full and very warm, most of my guests were sweating and uncomfortable, we had to request the manager to adjust the temperature but after asking twice it didn’t worked out. Later when the amount of guests was reduced, the room was okay. Definitely this room is not meant for 100 pax and hosts shouldn’t be forced to agree to this amount of pax in this hall.
We met with the decorator and agreed on the decorations we wanted and the details and they were not fulfilled as discussed. The colors of the table toppers were different from what we discussed (white table cover, plain magenta or green toppers) instead we received orange covers with printed magenta and green). Stage was supposed to be empty and ready for performances, instead it had a sofa and table that had to be removed during the event)

Random people came inside the venue for pictures around the pool area and stayed in the venue for a period of time. When we asked the personnel about those people they said those were restaurant’s guests that came in for the washrooms which wasn't the case since the restaurant has a washroom already inside.When a place is booked there should be a clear sign outside the gate that this area is reserved for private events! Do I have to request that also?
After the groom came on to the stage, we requested stairs because they were not provided with the stage setups, the bride had to wait around 5-10 mins to reach the stage.
The stage was very small, 3-4 people struggled at the time ( the Photos showed a very spacious stage)
Dinner was upstairs. Many of my guests didn't eat dinner because they weren't aware the dinner was upstairs and they left without eating. A very small page was printed on the stair wall that said dinner was upstairs.
Front Desk people should be aware of the allocated rooms/place for certain requests ( which are very common in those events, for example makeup artist for the guests, pagri guy, etc. ) Everytime I had to call the Banquet sales for those requests.But on the day of my wedding my photographer wanted me to shoot some videos while getting ready, I wasn't not being allowed to get him inside, when the front desk they were not ready to cooperate, I was told to contact my sales manager of Banquet but was gone for the day. Later got to know Hotel has certain rooms/places for those activities to occur, when it's a very common thing to happen why do we have to reach out to back team for any request, front desk people should be aware of these requests and they need to redirect the guest to the appropriate place. Due to this issue I lost my coverage which my videographer/photographer wanted to shoot.Country Inn, Sahibabad's reply:

Greetings from Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Sahibabad
This has reference to your mail dated 6th Dec 2022 wherein certain concerns have been raised by you pertaining to your residential wedding with us from 3rd to the 5th December 2022. While we take your feedback as an opportunity to introspect and improvise but at the same time need to let you also appreciate the reality of the issues pointed out.
The air conditioning issue at Crystal Hall that you mentioned, we understand was attended by the technician and corrective measures were taken but on account of the regular movement of guests the door of the hall was mostly open resulting in leakage of air due to which the desired temperature may not have been arrived at despite the corrective measures taken by the technician.
We have been conducting residential marriages for quite many years and have emphasised on the Safety and Security related concerns of our guests. At the time of booking the function the Sales representative does verbally communicate the do’s and don’ts of the hotel and as a measure of precaution the same is detailed out in the Annexure to the Agreement signed by the guest by the title “Information cum Guest Acknowledgement”. The policy of “No commercial activity in rooms” is for the safety and security of the room occupants whereby Photographers, Makeup Artists etc are refrained from rooms. However an alternate area was provided to the bride for the purpose. Had any one on behalf of the Groom also brought up the concern we would have provided an alternate area to him as well.
Sir the pool side area (3Bs) where you function was also has another restaurant by the name of TATVA. We have common wash rooms for the two restaurants. In the process of going and returning from the wash rooms part of the 3Bs has to be used by default.
Our past experience about the size of the stage is that 12’ x 8’ size is sufficient easily accommodated 6to 8 persons apart from the bride and groom for photo sessions and var - mala etc. As per the set up approved by you we the stair case was one side, however at the nick of time on your request we tried our best to get the second set of stairs set up before brides entrance. We shall however keep this in mind in future out of the learning.
During the detailing of the event with banquet sales and banquet operations, it was informed that the dinner is placed on the upper deck of 3 B’s there were signage’s placed in accordance to the same and in case there were elderly who were unable to climb stairs, team could serve them pre plated food on table, but the concern was not addressed during the time of event.
Kindly note as informed at the time of contracting no commercial activities are allowed in the hotel rooms, we had accommodated the bride as well for photo shoot, if informed to the sales representative we would have accommodated the groom as well for photo shoot.
As per the mail you had faced an issue regarding air conditioning in 1 room, we had noted the same and within 10 minutes the room was changed.

I really loved the venue. The rooms are newly renovated and were really nice. The food was great. Also I loved their interior.
