Very unprofessional and unfair.

1) if client postpones the wedding due to covid/personal reason, this makeup artist considers it as cancellation and claims that Client has to pay 50% of the total bill for the services she did not provide.

2) she will consider the new postponed wedding dates as fresh booking.

3) initially we agreed on 50% payment On the day of booking her and rest 50% on the day of wedding. That's what this makeup artist commited to. But just one week before the wedding she started putting full pressure on me to pay full payment, which I refused to. As when she does not trust us to pay remaing amount on the day of wedding then how can we pay full in advance and trust her to turn up at the wedding. There is no guarantee.

She is Very arrogant. Had to drop her as my makeup artist because of her behavior.

She refused to even return the advance money. She claimed that, she will keep the money as her service charges ( which she did not provide).
According to her service charge is blocking the dates that's it. She did not provide any actual services.

She gave me too much tension and frustration just before the wedding.
We got cheated. Plz be aware of her.

They do freelancing makeup and my experience was really good with them.

They do freelancing makeup and my experience was really good with them. The team was wearing PPE kits and also masks and I loved their makeup too. They could have been more punctual, that's it, rest everything was great.
