    Everything was perfect

    The Hotel Haut Monde in Gurgaon was booked for my wedding function and there every experience was good. I liked the services they were offering and how they were taking care of Covid part and following everything keeping guidelines in their mind. The food and decoration were also very good and everyone enjoyed it a lot. Staff were maintaining social distancing and were wearing masks and gloves.

    the staff was really bad at serving guests

    We booked it for our wedding occasions and all the things went really bad. It was chaotic, the staff was really bad at serving guests. It was below average I must say. They could have welcomed guests in a proper manner but they were really mean!

    Very Nice Venue

    Hotel Haut Monde was booked for a very small pre-wedding function, but the arrangements were very lavish and up to the mark. Very happy with the decorations and the food arrangement done by the venue, with a very responsive and professional staff!

    Decent Venue

    The place is beautiful. The arrangements were done nicely. The decorations were good. The food was also as per our expectation. The management is also professional. It was a satisfactory experience.

    Good and enjoyable

    I had zero tension, all responsibilities were handled by the hotel staff. I just enjoyed my reception, with loved ones.

    Great Hotel

    The hotel was very nice and all the amenities were very nicely arranged. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, we totally loved the whole experience and would highly recommend it.

    Poor Experience

    The staff was very rude, the food was okay but the hospitality was pathetic. The staff and management behaved in a not so good manner with the guest. Not happy with the service at all

    Great Hotel

    The Hotel was great, all the services were fabulous. Loved the decorations and all the arrangements made by the management

    Good experience

    It was a good experience which we had with them. The arrangements were appropriately made and even the guests were admiring the preparations they had done. Good overall!
