  Good vendor, professional, Good flexibility

  We had wedding reception function 7 pm to 11 pm
  Good decoration, lighting, clean and we'll ventilated hall
  Service and food quality was good.

  I am Mrs kshama jain from baner pune,
  Had our daughter marriage ceremony on 28th, 29 th june.
  We had booked both hall with all rooms.
  All service, rooms cleanliness, was great.
  According to every events, all requirements were up to the mark and always ready.
  Food was tasty, all guest were happy.They took extra efforts to make sufficient food, as every time our guest count got increased. Many thanks for that.
  
  Only one suggestion is about lift service,
  Both lifts are not synchronized,
  Lifts mechanism is very weird,
  Should be improved by hardware and software.
  Material lift should be seperate.
  Due to lift service, food service get delayed, supply of food from 5 th floor to 3 rd floor is get disturbed.
  Other than lift problem, everything is good,
  One should plan for any program in emerald banquet hall.

  Perfect venue for wedding in our family

  Emerald Banquet Hall was a perfect venue for the wedding in our family.
  
  Key advantages:
  Easily accessible from National Highway
  Multi-level air-conditioned indoor structure, suitable in rainy & summer seasons
  Spacious Halls and Rooms
  Emerald supported in-depth planning & estimation weeks/months in advance
  Beautiful decorations, were ready well in-advance of the events
  Management and Staff were courteous, available, and accommodative
  Emerald offered network of related services as Food, Music, Band, Photographer, Horse, Pheta etc.
  The food was delicious always
  Ample parking space plus option of additional parking
  
  Few areas of improvement:
  Vertical transportation should be more efficient /Better configuration and grouping of elevators
  Would be nice if number of rooms increased

  Excellent service

  We chose emerald hall second time for our daughter's birthday celebration. Excellent service, cooperative staff and of course delicious food by pinki's kitchen made our event memorable. Everyone enjoyed.
