not happy with the arrangement and customer service
I had a God Tikka ceremony at B2 Sandoz on the 14th Feb 2021. The arrangement was ok but I faced 2 problems-
1) The cake that we ordered as part of the function went missing. As soon as we cut the cake, it was supposed to be served to the guests but this was never done.
2) The food services during 'Sajan kot' were way below expectations. People had to wait 5-10 min even for a single bread refill and that too were cold when served. This did put us in a bad position in front of our close relatives and many dignitaries who were invited.
I did highlight both these issues to the management teams and have not received any response\explanation.
In addition to that, I contacted them to provide me the bill for the function event. I was promised on 15th Feb that the bill is ready and I can collect it from the booking office. I went to the booking office on the 16th Feb and was told that the bill is still not ready (I could hear the lady talking to someone on the phone and the other person saying 'Pehle accountant ko dikha lo, then dena.. abhi rok lo'. Seriously disappointed as I had travelled all the way from the office just to collect the bill !!
I have been trying to reach out to these people since this entire week and still have not received my bill. I fail to understand what kind of customer experience are these people offering.
I am definitely not going back to them for any future parties and functions. -

Good food but services should have been better
It was an average experience with them. The taste of the food was up to the mark but the decor was not what I wanted. It was just okayish. I wish they could have improved it as it spoilt my mood! Rest everything else was just fine. -

Worst experience
Booked the banquet for sisters' wedding. In terms of service, it was the worst experience. There was no proper arrangement for food. Above that, there were no precautions taken for guest safety. Their aim was nothing but to make money and not care about the Host's reputation in front of the guests.
One item of the main course was in one corner and the other item was in another corner. No one from the top management was present to solve our problem. They will take the full payment in advance and your function will be in God's hand.
We had been committed something from Mr. Puri (GM), something else from Mr. Sharma (Manager), and something else from Mr. Joshi (Function Manager). There was no proper communication between the top and the bottom management.
Complaining about the mismanagement Mr. Joshi started the argument with us in front of our guest.
I had hosted a couple of functions at B-2 before Sandoz overtook it and the experience was great. But this time it was completely the opposite. Pathetic Management, Pathetic food service, Safety of the guest was completely neglected.
One of the waiters was spot eating from the food kept for the guest.
Overtaking a brand is easy but maintaining the same reputation is very difficult and they failed to maintain the same reputation.
The service, quality, quantity of the B-2 was great and the service, quality, quantity of Sandoz B-2 is Zero. -

Perfect experience
We had a very good experience with this place. They are excellent with all the services they provide. Their decorations and the catering, everything was perfect. -

Superb Party Hall!
This party hall is superb. They were so organised and good. We were really satisfied with the way they organised the event and we were quite satisfied with the catering and the decoration too. Nice place for all kinds of functions! -

Great experience
The venue was taken for a close function and the area was very spacious, the manager of the banquet hall made sure that nobody gets unattended, the staff was also very professional. -

Amazing ambience
I went there for my cousin’s roka ceremony, the food was good, the ambience was amazing, in short, a nice place. -
