The best part was that we did not have to arrange anything,everything was done by the staff.The food was simply delicious-it was the best part about the venue.The staff was also great and all covid guidelines were followed.

I had booked La Platina for my engagement and wedding function. Their services are really nice. The catering services were excillent. All the guests really appreciated the quality of food served by the venue. The decoration was also done very nicely. The staff was courteous and professional. Everything was value for money.

Beautiful venue and the decorators on board are fabulous! They have amazing caterers on board. I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone!

Today I am going to share the story of a banquet named LA platinum located in kirti nagar who have cheated us and and now they are not even responding.. there all phone numbers are going off ..one number is working but someone is saying that he is not associated with them but he is and i have the proof for the same..


my wedding is in december and i was seraching for the banquets in feb and i had got a call from one lady miss kushneet ..who called me and invite me in her venue (la platinum) and i visited there with my finace .we liked everything and we decided to book it..Then in March I again went to La Platinum with my mother for booking and we paid the booking amount to Mr. Walia JS who is the manager in this banquet. He asked me to transfer the amount to the number of his boss Mr. Pawan Kalra....Mr. Walia JS told me at the time of booking that he is going to make some changes in the banquet..everything is going good ..but one day i was trying to call on LA Platinum but there all the numbers is going off..At that time I was little worried so I decided to go there again and I visited and I saw there is some construction going on so I though they might be doing some changes which they told us at the time of booking.
After 3 months i was again trying to call them but there number was still switched off so i decided to go there again and when i went there i saw same construction work going on there But at that time I felt that something is going wrong so I started getting information about it from the people around the banquet and I came to know that La Banquet is already closed at this location and they have shifted to Uttam Nagar...I was broken for a while because I felt that if I had not taken steps to investigate this thing my marriage would have been ruined..they didn't inform us ..and cheated us ..and i paid on 13th march and now it's 19th july they are still not paying..I am sure he must have done the same to many people...
I have all the evidence and recordings and I am going to take strict action.beware of these scammers..

Humne engagement La Platinum jo Moti Nagar mein hai vaha se ki thi. Inka khana bohot acha hai. Inki caterings service sahi lagi mujhe. Yaha ring ceremony huyi thi. Humara experience acha tha, saari cheezein achi thi, decoration aur catering sab. Inka service staff bhi cooperative tha.

I had a good experience at the venue. The food & decor was in-house. Both the management & staff were cooperative & helpful. Everything went well. The property is spacious & can accommodate almost 300 people. They also provide 1 bridal room.

The service was very very poor. Air conditioner was not working, however we did wedding function in the month of July. At the time of booking Manager has given us assurance that we will give you better services and excellent arrangements but our guest has complaints us that food was not tasty and it was cold and we felt very embarassed. I will not recommend to anyone to go for this.

I booked this Banquet Hall for my brother's marriage. The mismanagement was beyond measures. Firstly, the AC's were not working, our guests were continuously complaining as the wedding was in July and the weather was very hot. Manager was so hopeless that instead of turning on the AC's he said to us "why are you getting so hyper, everything is fine, see your hair are blowing by wind so AC's are working". He should have looked at our faces and clothes also, all dripping in sweat. He didn't help at all instead kept taunting us. Most of my guests left the venue. Now coming to the food, my sister told me she got spider in her food, I didn't believe but then I also got cockroach in my food. And then many more guests complained me of getting insects in food. The cutlery was also not clean, there was durt and stains all over. Again we complained to Manager and he said " Don't get hyper, these are small things". Getting insects in the food in a big function like wedding is small? Really? Shame on you. My brother's wedding got spoiled and all because of this pathetic La Plantinum Banquet. Most of the reviews here may be paid because I personally experienced their services and was so devastated that can't even explain them in words. Money is not a matter, take what you want, but atleast provide proper services. Utterly disappointed.

We booked La Platinum for our Wedding Ceremony. Everything was very good. The food was delicious and the decoration was up to the mark and the way we wanted it. The service and service were very cooperative and they were following all the covid protocol and took care of social distancing and sanitizing.

We chose this venue for the wedding. This was the second time we booked this venue for our family affair. They did a good job in terms of everything.
